ELIAS: Be remembering also that all of your focuses are simultaneous. They are all beside each other. They are not ‘in front of’ or before each other. They exist presently within the now, for this is what exists within consciousness is the now. There is no past or future. It is merely a perception within your creation of your time framework, which appears to be moving in a linear motion; but this being also why you may experience ease in viewing other focuses of your essence, for they are occurring simultaneously. As you are, they are also. As essence is choosing to be entering any physical manifestation, they are all choices. An essence may be choosing to enter only one physical dimension. An essence may be choosing to be entering thousands of physical dimensions. The choice to be entering physical manifestations occurs at once.
… The essence, within agreement of its focuses, designates one focus as ‘first’ and one focus as ‘final.’ This is merely an identification of the feeling or the tone of the focus, and its intent and its direction. This is not to say that one focus occurs first and one focus occurs finally. They all occur simultaneously, but are designated with these concepts as their directingness.
You become confused in this physical reality, for you have created expressions of separation. You are an identification of consciousness. You are all of consciousness. You are identifiable, as consciousness individually, as an essence. That essence is the identification of personality, a quality which defines you uniquely as an expression of consciousness, but simultaneously, you are all of consciousness. In this, you occupy every aspect of consciousness. Whether you identify a particular area of consciousness as physical or nonphysical, you are it. You are not here IN a place. You are here AS the place. All that you view around you, all that exists within what you know objectively as your universe, IS YOU. It is not outside of you. It is not that you are placed within it as a small entity occupying this space, but that you ARE that space, and more. What you identify presently as you, in this moment, in this physical manifestation, is a focus of attention. That focus of attention creates a singularity in its concentration, and therefore appears to be separated from all else, within what you know. But in actuality, it is merely the designation of that focus of attention that creates that illusion of separateness.
In some sessions makes a distinction between magnetic and electric energy as we know it as something that symbolizes projection or reception.
ELIAS: Yes, for the electrical energy is an energy that is projected outwardly. Magnetic is an energy of receiving.
ELIAS: This is a common problem in this focus. Your physical body will express, physically, your beliefs, at given points in your physical manifestation. When you are disconnected, or are having conflict within your belief systems, you create situations that reflect your confusion. All physical manifestations are direct reflections of your beliefs.
We will address the subject of your beliefs in great detail. Your entire existence, and everything about it, revolves around these beliefs. What you believe is what you will be! If you believe yourself to be healthy, you will be healthy. If you believe yourself to be vulnerable, you will be vulnerable. If you believe yourself to be thin, you will be thin! We will comment on one more thing of beliefs. Just as in passing from your manifestation in a physical existence, your beliefs do not just disappear, this will suggest to you how deep and important they are. It will also give you clues as to how difficult they may be to change.
ELIAS: Very well. I am understanding of your direction of your questioning. I am merely offering responses also to be reminding you of your alterations of terms, for this is an aspect of this shift in consciousness, altering terms and altering your reality, redefining.
Now; in this, what is duplicity?
RODNEY: Purposeful self-deception.
ELIAS: No. It is a belief system. Duplicity is one of the belief systems. There are many, many aspects and expressions of it. What is the point of this shift in consciousness?
RODNEY: To be more aware, wider.
ELIAS: To be accepting beliefs, belief systems and yourselves, and therefore offering yourselves the objective ability to intentionally direct yourselves without conflict, that you may create what you want intentionally in an objective awareness. This is accomplished in acceptance of your beliefs.
What have you been, to this point, attempting to generate? To change your beliefs or to eliminate your beliefs. You may not eliminate beliefs. You may shed them if you are disengaging this physical reality. If you continue within this physical reality, which is a choice, you shall continue to incorporate beliefs. Even subsequent to the completion of this shift in consciousness, you shall continue to generate beliefs, for it is an aspect of the blueprint of this particular physical dimension.
ELIAS: The communications that you generate, generally speaking, do not involve language. Therefore, thought is very useful, for it translates your communications into language that you understand. This is the reason that it is important to be flexible with your attention and to recognize that attention is not thought.
You can be paying attention to many different aspects of your experiences within your day and not be engaging thought. The information that you offer to yourself is continuously being inputted. You are always generating information. You generate information through your inner senses, through your outer senses, through your intuition, your impressions, your impulses, imagination, your body consciousness. You are constantly offering yourself information, but you may not be paying attention to what that information is.
How often are you aware within your day of what your air feels like, how it feels upon your skin? How often are you aware of the smell of your environment? How often are you aware of sounds that are not directly affecting you or that you are not directly engaging? There are many actions that are occurring within your day that you are not aware of, for you are not paying attention. Many times the reason that you are not paying attention is that you are thinking.
ELIAS: You are choosing in each moment in each day to be expressing certain creations of your reality. Therefore this be the reason that it holds significance and importance that you familiarize yourselves with yourselves, and recognize that your thoughts may express to you an identification of a want and it may not necessarily be accurate. (Very distinctly enunciating) You may THINK you want a particular manifestation, but WHAT YOU CREATE IS WHAT YOU ARE CHOOSING.
